The downstairs (north) features the family room and a circular bar, wine grotto, main house study and a gourmet sized kitchen that includes 2 service areas for additional kitchen appliances and space. Downstairs (south) features the main house entertainment areas as well as the Master Bedroom. The formal movie theater has stadium seating, both reclining chairs as well as a sofa.
